Our New Omax Water Jet Cutting Machine
Our world leading machine is truly a step up in foam production, able to cut through 300 mm thick foam material at amazing speeds and accuracy.
But it doesn’t stop there, we also have the ability to cut through aluminium, steels, stone, marble, plastics and pretty much anything.
Cleaner, more accurate and with the ability produce any shape required.
Our on site manufacturing now boast the following
3 off multi head CNC routers with a total of 10 machining heads (4, 4 and 2 off ) with a 156 mm thickness capability Advanced OMAX water jet machining centre with a 300 mm Z axis.1500 x 600 mm Eagle UV print centre capable of printing 250 mm thick items in full colour (even on Black cases) 1200 x 900 mm laser engraving and cutting machine capable of laser engraving items up to 200 mm thick 25 Ton Travel head press for die-cutting and stamping foam and soft material
